All of our customers are given access to our web-based Fault and Incident Recording tool FaultTracker. This enables our customers to log issues online and to subsequently monitor their progress. FaultTracker serves as a single repository for all communication about an issue, including storing relevant documents, any comments or emails relating to each issue and a comprehensive audit history. FaultTracker also enables SDS staff to effectively manage faults from diagnosis, through fixing and testing, and ultimately to customer release.
